List of Pm Pediatrics. Springfield's Reviews
My son went there for a covid test scheduled online and specifically requested just for covid. They were able to schedule him right away, but the wait was long. Almost two hours to be seen. Today, I received the billing statement sent to my health insurance and this company didn’t just billed my insurance for the covid test, but they also claimed an office visit with a charge of $570 as if he was seen or treated for something other than just taking the covid test. I’ll be contacting the fraud department for my insurance.
Worse pediatric urgent care appointment that I’ve ever experienced in my life. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE. The Doctor that was working on Sunday (12/5), Dr quinones, was very rude, unprofessional and insensitive. He said in front my children that my daughter had Covid (without even being certain that she 100% had Covid) and that my son was going to get it too! Swabbed both of my kids for a Covid test and then said they are refusing to submit the test. I called to find out if they really did not the submit the test for my two kids and the girl at the first desk put me on hold and hung up. I called back and my calls were re-routed to different phone lines and I was never able to get through. I have never been treated this way from a doctor in my life and this doctor worried my 7 year old son with his statements. I’ve sent two emails to PM Pediatrics HR and I want a call back about this unacceptable behavior. I’ll never take my kids here again and I would not recommend.UPDATE: 4 weeks later and still have never heard from PM pediatrics! Don’t respond on reviews just to look like your responsive. Never supporting this business and never recommending this place.
We had good experience there during check up. But, my Son went there on 12/28 and sample sent out for covid pcr on 12/28. Still, we didn’t get the result on 1/1/22.
It was suggested to come here for a rapid. Im very confused about what urgent care is it’s insane that ppl do this regularly and have to wait on health care like this.. very weird! However they also aren’t doing rapids regularly and it’s only given to certain individuals so I wasted three hours because I could have just went to my son doctor with and appt and no waitThe nurse who also came in to do my sons rapid was Evil and that’s me being nice, Caucasian woman with blond hair she should not be working in pediatricsPost appt. So I was sent the lab results and was confused I sent an email and left to voicemails no one called me back. Pm pediatrics said they would call if my son was positive.. I just received a call from the department of health saying he is positive
The website posts that they are open until 10 PM. I tried calling from 8:30 - 8:45 to make sure they were open because it was a holiday week...NO ANSWER. I loaded my son into the car and decided to drive out there since the website said they were open until 10. When I arrive there were three women sitting at the reception desk and NOBODY else in the waiting room. I received a death stare from the receptionist, so I asked if they were still seeing patients. Her response was, "We do our last registration at 9 PM," It was 9:12 and there was clearly nobody waiting to be seen by the doctor. I said, "My son has a fever and bad cough and I just..." Immediately got cut off and told to bring him back tomorrow if it wasn't an emergency. Rude and dismissive...
I have called twice today and twice they have hung up on me after long time waiting on the phone. I understand we are in a pandemic but calling to see if they are open and accepting walk in are 2 questions that could have easily been responded instead of hanging up. If this is service over the phone would hate to see in person service.
6 Hour wait just to see a doctor. The ER wait is less then that. Working in healthcare Ive never seen this level of unorganization in my career. The lady at the front desk couldn't even find my childs name. I will never come back to an urgent care again.
Takes forever, took 2 hours for the doctor to come in. Go somewhere else!!!!
Waited for 1hour and 30mins with an appointment and getting there 20mins prior to my appointment. Not organized and there response was “online appointment are only a request” could not provide time line after wait that long when my daughter could be seen. There answer wait in car someone will call you . App does not show your progress either. Asked for a manager not available she is at lunch when I asked again left for the day. Crazy ! Stay away no organization talks a lot about the district manger and the COO fire them !
My son just went to PM pediatrics (SPRINGFIELD) and the pharmacy is trying to call them and cannot get in touch with them. I myself have been trying to get through someone keeps answering the phone and hanging up it is now 12 40 I have been at this for an hour! This is not what to expect from an Pediatric Urgent care

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
