It’s being two weeks post op and i feel and noticed the difference so much already! Dr Tepper has changed my life! His bedside manner, his demeanor, his consultations. From the very beginning he makes you feel at ease and answers all your questions no matter how silly you think it may be! His medical assistants and patient coordinator Janet are transparent from beginning to end! I would recommend Dr. Tepper a thousand percent!

Dr. Tepper and his staff are outstanding. If I could provide a ten star rating I would. The office personnel are extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Tepper explained everything to my husband and I. There was no question unanswered. This is our first visit and I found Dr. Tepper and his staff to be excellent healthcare providers. The staff and Dr. Tepper were incredible.

This is the second time Dr. Tepper has performed surgery on me. I have found him to be an extremely competent surgeon: no pain during or after the procedure, no scarring, very fast healing - one week! His staff, like Dr. Tepper, is friendly, efficient, and very competent. I highly recommend Dr. Tepper.

I hardly ever give a 5 star rating, but I would give Dr Tepper 6 stars if it were possible. He is extremely knowledgeable and amazingly generous with his time. My primary concern was having capsular contracture, since I had problems with that from my original procedure. He said that he has only had 1 patient in all his years of practice who had that complication, and I totally believe him. The results of the surgery look great, recovery has been smooth and no sign of capsular contracture!

For many years I was miserable with under eye bags - I finally took the plunge and scheduled surgery with Dr. Richard Tepper - I could not be more pleased with the outcome of the surgery he performed - He is a kind and caring Dr. who does beautiful work - I would highly recommend Dr. Tepper to anyone contemplating plastic surgery - He is always available if you have questions and his staff is the best!!!!!

Billed me nearly twice Aetna's allowable rate, leading to lots of back-and-forth problems over billing. Aetnas rate was below my deductible and I was obligated to pay myself. But Dr. Tepper's office maintained they were under no obligation to bill me at that rate if the insurance company was not paying the bill. Finally resolved payment (at Aetnas allowable rate) after several irritating discussions with billing department, 9 months later. Great work on my son's eyebrow, but really troublesome billing practices.
