My 8 year old son had an appointment today at 1:00pm with Dr. Ana Katsman. As a new patient I was running late and I called to let the receptionist know and she was ok with that, a soon as I got there she was taking to a patient about the insurance and copayments. 10 minutes later she asked for my son’s name and she said he cannot be seen by the doctor because I was late and the doctor was backed up. The office was totally empty. No patients in the waiting area. I had the feeling that the receptionist didn’t want to deal with a new patient or insurance. She was too lazy! That place is going to go out of business if they keep that receptionist!!

I’ve been bringing my daughter since she was 2 months. Dr. Bloom is amazing and very thorough. There’s never a wait time and I am always contacted to confirm my appt prior to coming in.

They cancelled my daughter's appointment without notification. I only found out at the clinic. No apology or explanation whatsoever. I had to explain to my 9-year-old daughter. It is the WORST reception I have ever seen. Cannot believe it is a pediatric clinic.

Very happy with the care we received here. Dr. Friedman was wonderful with my son and took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. It was very easy to get an appointment and we were always seen promptly. The office staff, nurses and x ray technicians were so friendly, and made my son (and me!) feel at ease. I highly recommend this practice.
