We went to the Springfield office. The office staff was very kind. Check in and out was quick and efficient. Dr. Bloom was great. We were in and out in under 30 mins, no delays or waiting.

I cant even get to speak to anyone on the phone. Been on the phone for 40 min now. They keep hanging up on me and forwarding me to a voicemail. Just need to make an appointment and no one available to help me.

Wonderful staff and Dr. Friedman has been the absolute best. She is kind, empathetic and very thorough. Surgery was a great success, and we would fully recommend her. Can’t say enough great things!
