New patient, had to wait a month out for an appt. On the appt day I waited well over an hour, was told there were 3 people ahead of me. I left, they rescheduled for a month out. Charged me the copay would not go back.

Absolutely the worst...Docs are not good and there billing department is even worse.

I have been seeing Dr. Yang who is wonderful. He takes his time and really listens to your concerns. The problem I'm having is getting someone to respond to my medicine question. Dr. Yang told me to discontinue taking my meds for 10 days to see if it corrects my issue and call in 10 days. I have left 3 messages and no one has returned my call. I'm not sure if I should restart my meds or if he is going to prescribe a new med. Not good, very disappointed.

Very professional group of Doctors and staff. Always pick up the phone for my questions and call back with answers..

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never been treated so terrible as a new patient. I work in the medical field and I would never speak to a patient the way I was spoken to today. Apparently it was their Christmas party day and no one was ready to work. My appointment was for 2:45, I arrived at 230 to have my paperwork filled out on time. A half hour goes by and a medical assistant told me they would be bringing me back in 5 minutes that they just needed to clean a room. Another half hour goes by and she comes back to tell me she didn’t forget about me but the doctor was running behind. I told her I would wait 10 more minutes and then I would have to reschedule because I needed to pick up my children. I asked the front desk associate if they would be bringing me back soon and was given an attitude that because all of the appointments were new patients she had no idea how long it would take. So I told her I would need to cancel my appointment. She said that they couldn’t do anything without the doctor. Then 4 other women came to the window verbally attacking me about that it was the doctors fault and they couldn’t do anything. I understand the doctor has emergencies and I was okay with rescheduling until I was attacked by the staff. None of those people should be working in a specialist office. They do not care about the patients at all. I never even got into an exam room and I was there for over an hour. Extremely unprofessional. You should all be ashamed of the way you act and speak to your patients. Find a new job if you don’t like caring for patients because that is your number one priority when you work in the medical field. Not pajama day and Secret Santa’s.

I am a new patient in the Manahawkin office. the staff and the Doctor were friendly, courteous and informative. I really was impressed with Doctor Gill, he took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable. I had a procedure done in Neptune with Dr. Gill. I had no issues, he informed my family at every step.
