Absolutely terrible beginning with entry into waiting room. Very cluttered. Not one smiling face. No one greeted me and I put my name on a clipboard. A HIIPA violation! First visit did not even see doctor. A n LPN administered a test. Never sent results to my primary. Second visit she made an appearance but didn’t even make eye contact. She administered part of a more extensive ultrasound which was finished by a technician. No results were ever discussed. I was put on meds and had side effects so called the office. The person answering phone said that my side effects were not normal so I should call my primary. They were known side effects for this medication! Yikes. No choice but to find another doctor!

The office is very cluttered and looks very disorganized. They ordered a test for me then never called with the results. I asked them to send the results to my primary dr. for his advise. They said they would but I’d guess the sticky note got lost in all the clutter in the office. I’m now looking for a new vascular dr.

Dr. Rupani is my mother's vascular surgeon. When we had to amputate my mom's leg, she was very direct and knowledgeable about exactly what needed to be done and what the prognosis would be performing the surgery versus delaying or not doing the amputation at all. She was very compassionate considering this was not only a logical but an emotional decision. Our follow-up appointments since have always been the same, she is the type of doctor who is here for the right reasons. My mom and I have no complaints.
