Samantha, Miguel and Melissa provide stellar service. I found Samantha to be very thorough in her evaluation and her care plan has helped me immensely. She pays attention to detail when evaluating my progress and I am in significantly less pain now. Miguel is wonderful and makes sure I am doing all the exercises correctly. He seems omnipresent and is always there to help. I feel that they are genuine in their desire to help you. They are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. Under Sam's leadership, you can clearly see and feel how well they work together and it shows in the how the clients react. I highly recommend this location.

Excellent facility. Very professional, smart PTs, spotless, cleaned tables and equipment after each patient finished. Gino, Samantha and Miguel are well trained spending as much time as needed, well over an hour. And they have great SXM music playing all the time!

I have made a lot of progress physically after sustaining a fractured ankle and back injuries in a car crash, and I credit the expertise of Samantha Scicchigno, my primary physical therapist. Her extensive knowledge of the body and her compassion for each individual she treats is a comfort. It's not one size/injury fits all with her. I am still healing and I still use the many tips and advice Sam has imparted over our nearly 2-year journey. The new facility she manages on Richmond Road is so clean and spacious! It is sanitized for each client and masks are mandatory. There are other great therapists and staff in the organization, too. But Sam truly has been a positive influence on my healing journey by being encouraging and supportive.
