Dr. Balling and his staff are wonderful. I was in an emergent situation with an abscess tooth and not able to get into my own dentist office. He and his staff were able to squeeze me in during their lunch time & able to help save my tooth. He was very patient & caring, took the time to explain everything to me. He took 3D images and x-rays of my tooth and deemed it savable!! (After being told there was no chance to save my took from an emergency dental association in Center City Philadelphia who wanted to extract my tooth) I am eternally grateful to Dr. Balling and his staff for their professional expertise and compassion for my situation. Thank you all at Stratford Dental Center. I found my new Dental practice and I love it! <3

Its a shame that if you have a emergency cancelation they tell you there is not another available appointment for 5-6 months. Its almost seems like they are trying to deter you from canceling...smh My appointment was amazing tho

Always friendly, Dr. Balling has a great sense of humor and his levity helps keep you relaxed. I tend to get nervous with dental work and his assistant held my hand the last time I had to get a filling. They make dental work pleasant.

Unprofessional service down to the patient interaction and even the dental work itself. Dr. Balling did not give me the time of day when I had questions about my procedure. The front service was rude as well. I recommend taking your dental care needs elsewhere. There are plenty of better teams. Will be telling all my circles to avoid this practice.

Excellent and incredible staff! I haven't been to the dentist in some time and my dental anxiety was really making me nervous, but each member of staff treated me with such ease and calming care that I, quickly, relaxed. I can't thank Rachel enough for practically holding my hand through this and making me laugh along the way! Would recommend to anyone! Easy parking. Easy check-in/out!

I had a broken tooth repaired at my old dentist. As I was leaving, he said I may need a root canal because it looks like the nerve is still live. I walk out and the following days I started getting intermittent pain. I called my dentist and was told that I need to make an appointment with an endodontist to have a root canal on the tooth. I called several and was told that the soonest any of them could get me in was next week. By that point the pain was excruciating and I was in tears. My dentist would not see me so I decided to go to Dr. Balling since both my boys go there. His office staff could not have been nicer. They told me to come in right away and Dr. Balling saw me in between his regular patients. He saw that my tooth was infected cleaned it out, put medication in it, gave me antibiotics and something to manage my pain. He was so comforting and his staff was so comforting. I immediately knew that I was switching dentists. Thank you Dr. Balling and the staff at Stratford Dental for your amazing chair side manner and for the help that you gave me going into a long holiday weekend! I will never be able to thank you enough!

I absolutely hate the dentist...or I did until I came here. I had an exam so that I could get a referral for getting my wisdom teeth out and ended up going back for two fillings and a cleaning. Everyone’s ‘bed side manner’ was great and I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort.

Dr. Balling and the staff are excellent! They took care of my emergency cracked molar with ease and I experienced no pain! They really know what they're doing here! They took time to fit me in to their schedule at the end of a busy day. Everyone was really nice and they take Covid safety seriously to keep everyone safe. For the first time with any dentist, I'm actually looking forward to my cleaning. I would recommend Dr. Balling and his team to anyone. Thanks!
