Dr Li in my opinion is a doctor who takes her time to understand your concerns. I feel she listens well, and doesn’t rush to make a diagnosis. She gathers all the facts and is not rushed. She seems to be very personable with a warm smile to greet you , yet holds her professional demeanor well. I would certainly recommend Dr Li to all my friends and family. She is a wonderful Doctor !!

Worse doctor I ever had. I had a mass of hives I was itching like crazy. She told me to go home and wash my sheets; I had bug bites. I went to a allergy doctor in the same area, she told me it was an autoimmune disorder. They were mast cells. Every time I went there she was smiling, until she saw me; I don’t know why she didn’t like me, but, it was very obvious. So unprofessional.

Dr. Li works well with patients who are in need of basic yearly physicals and regular checkups. If you are a more medically complex patient, she chooses to refer to specialists and does not follow up. She also chooses not to offer basic vaccinations in office so you need to go elsewhere for that,too. Dr. Li also chooses not to have access to the Atlantic Healthcare System (electronic medical records) so she depends on her patients to update her about visits to specialists she refers her patients to. She is not easily accessible when a patient calls, often does not return calls and messages go unanswered. She is not clear on where she has hospital privileges, so that is a concern. With a scheduled appointment, wait times are still at least 20+ minutes in the exam room before she comes to see you. If you are in need of a primary care physician for a patient with a complex medical history, I would look for a different provider

Made an appointment to see the Dr. appointment was confirmed. Went in waited to see the dr only to be told by her that she no longer takes my insurance. Why would you make the appointment and not tell me that info. It’s my only day off and now I’m stuck looking for a new one only to wait who knows how long to be seen. Very disappointing
