Mark J. Rubinetti Md's Online Review Report Card

I've been going to Dr Mark Rubinetti for quite sometime. He's a wonderful Dr who really helped me get back on track with my health. He has really good beside manor, answers all of my questions, and I never feel rushed. Sometimes I don't mind waiting because Dr Rubinetti gives all his patients his full attention. My entire life I was told I had a cyst in my stomach. Dr Rubinetti was the only doctor who figured out I had a hernia.I'm finally going to have this problem addressed. I think Dr Rubinetti is a really good, thorough doctor who cares about his patients and makes us his priority.

I have been seeing Dr. Rubinetti for over 30 years. Based on my age and experience with other physicians over the years as well as conversations with family and friends about other physicians, I have found him to be the best diagnostician in the profession. Further, he keeps abreast of the current science and thus provides the most current treatments for his diagnoses. I have also found him to be most accessible outside of office visits when necessary to address concerns or test results. The only issues I have had with his practice, and those are relatively minor, relate to the group with which he is associated, and that is beyond his control.

I have been seeing Dr. Rubinetti for over 30 years. In all that time, he has yet to be wrong on a diagnosis for me or any member of my family who has visited him. His treatments are always spot-on. Both of these positive qualities are due to the fact that he keeps very current in the field of medicine and is not one to rest on his laurels. There are not many medical practitioners in whom I trust implicitly...Dr. Rubinetti is one of that select few.

Just had one of my worst experiences in all of my years dealing with Healthcare Providers. The receptionist could not have been more disrespectful and impatient. I started with Dr Rubinetti 2 years ago. and was given a link to a "Portal" to see my bloodwork. The password did not work. I called the office last year and they gave me a phone number to call and no-one calls you back. I ask for help and this receptionists says if they cant help you we cant either. Ok. So I ask her if I can have printed copies and she gives me another phone number. I ask her is there a fee and she says "I have no idea" and "I have a patient and have to go". The doctor is nice but the practice in general is poor. They dont follow up with blood work results or explain anything. I would recommend staying far away. Appoint wait is 3 months away any way for a checkup so don't hold your breath...... Literally the most unfriendly receptionist and is most likely hurting the DR who is actually knowledgeable and nice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rubinetti's for 2 years and find he is very good, knowledgeable and works well with curmudgeons. I can be difficult at times but doctor has the patience of a saint with me. Staff is always friendly and cordial. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was very pleased with my experience at Doctors care,The Doctor and his staff were very friendly and professional ,The office it's clean and the practice of social distance it's very important for all of them,thank you very much for the difference you make in the lives of your patients.

Never even made it in to see Dr. Rubinetti - office staff are demeaning, demoralizing and down right rude. My husband and I made appointments 7 months in advance. We were told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out forms. My husband hit a little traffic, and arrive 10 minutes early. So, still on time for the appointment. He was chastised repeatedly, and asked to explain why he was late. He apologized that he hit traffic coming from work. The office supervisor remarked "I can't stand these new patients". So he gathered his insurance cards back and left. I called to find out who I could speak to about this rudeness, and was told "they get new patients all the time and don't need people like us" who don't show up on time and don't follow rules. So, needless to say my appointment is cancelled. lol. She laughed and hung up on me. All I can say is WOW. If you are new patient I highly recommend going elsewhere, since clearly they don't need your business. The doctor might be great but certainly not worth being treated in such a way. I also called the doctor who referred us and let him know what happened.

Always satisfied with Dr. Rubinetti. We have been seeing him for at least 20 years .He and his staff are great. I highly recommend him.

Horrible, horrible, lazy doctor. Kept sending my family member, (who was a patient of his for over 10 years), home with bronchitis and prescribed her antibiotics after she kept complaining of respiratory discomfort and persistent cough. 6 months later, she died of Stage IV lung cancer. Not saying this is entirely his fault, but as a primary doctor, it is crucial to pay attention to YOUR PATIENTS history. You need to recommend screenings, give chest x-rays, bloodwork, etc. This could have been prevented if he were a little more proactive and actually cared about his patients. Thanks to him, my family and I lost a loved one.
