List of MIchael A. Peters Do's Reviews
My son has been seeing Dr. Peters since he was born and is now 10. Very pleased with the practice overall and love the professionalism and patient care. Dr. Peters takes so much time and is so thorough with his care. Always making time to answer all questions and addressing both the parents as well as the kids making the kids feel like it is their visit. I would recommend Dr. Peters and the practice to anyone looking for great care.
Dr. Michael Peters has referred a number of happy patients to me. The referrals are always appropriate and "on time". Very professional, very easy to work with!! Great pediatrician!. Cathy Mazzola, MD
This doctor is a disgrace to the profession. Not sure why he became a doctor, since clearly it's not for the well being of his patients. Our little one had a reaction to his vaccinations, the doctor gave feedback that it is probably his food? we ended up going into the office since we were concerned and Dr. Peters walks right by knowing we were there to see him (Swollen ears, hives, vomiting) didn't even stop to look, says to the nurse "ask them to make an appointment, I'm busy"
Have never had a problem getting appointment. Sometimes the wait can be up to 30 minutes. But once the doctor is in the room, I have never felt rushed. They recently redecorated the office and it looks great!
Very nice staff. Good doctors. Sometime a long wait time.
This doctor saved my child's life. So, I obviously cannot say enough good about him! The wait to see him can be a little long (1/2 hour one time, usually 20 minutes).
Took a lot of notes during an office visit. Was charged for an exteneded visit. When I called to find out why the bill was so much, he actually counted off the number of lines of his notes to me on my cell phone. Not very nice.
He did an incorrect diagnosed with my daughter, she was coughing a lot and he said was nothing to worry, however she developed fever and keep coughing, next day I made another appointment and was diagnosed with infection in the lungs and by the way his approach was very arrogant.
Recently, my 7-month-old son was hospitalized with a staph infection and 105 degree fever. First, the emergency room doctor had difficulty contacting Dr. Peters despite the fact that he was on call on a Saturday morning. The emergency room physician pleaded with Dr. Peters to make himself available to see my son the next day on Sunday. Dr. Peters refused, since his practice doesn't have office hours on Sundays ( I later learned that the practice does open up when there are enough cases. So Sunday availability is seemingly based on financial merit.) Dr. Peters did vow to make a call to us to follow up and check on my son's condition the next day, however. The call never came. My wife and I had to make a return visit to the ER. Dr. Peters never called and never apologized. I recently discussed this incident with Dr. Peters. Rather than apologize for his substandard care, he excused himself by saying that he did not remember who my son is.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
