Dr. Petrucelli is a fantastic orthopedic surgeon. He is so smart, explains everything very thoroughly, offers options, recommendations, exercises, adjunct therapy. He is kind, patient & considerate. I'm a registered nurse & I trust him completely with my care. He recently performed arthroscopic surgery on my knee for 3 tears in my meniscus and a few other issues. I highly recommend him.

Dr Petucelli office staff was very nice and the doctor was excellent .He could that I was in pain and what was wrong with me before looking at the x-rays .Yes I did have to wait about a 1/2 of hour but that was expected other patients are late , emergency phone calls for Doctor you know the normal stuff

I wish I could give a negative score. I waited over an hour just to be shrugged off immediately, despite the fact I could barely walk. Eyerolls, exasperated sighs, and short, terse non-answers were all I got from him. He told me these were injuries that young people don't get. I didn't realize being in my 30s meant should be preparing my last will and testament. He made it seem like he found my issue to be so stupid and ridiculous that 3 years later, I'm still in tremendous pain and have trouble walking. But I can't bring myself to see anyone about it again. Retire, you revolting disgrace of a "doctor".

Did my knee replacement a year ago was in my room the next day to check on me. Very good and experienced surgeon. He'll do my next one soon..

While my experience was not necessarily bad at the office the billing has been a problem and still is. I called before we went to the office and my insurance is accepted and in network. My insurance paid the claim and when the follow was billed their office was informed that was already paid and part of his previous claim. My insurance company even called and let them know that I am not liable for this and that they were already paid their in notwork rate while I was on the phone with them also. But I continue to get bills for something that they were already paid for. So even if you are in network expect to be billed for fees that are not your obligation to pay and spend time that should not have to be spent on the phone.
