Dr Mark Drzala is one of the most attentive, concerned, detailed, and generous physicians I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with in my lifetime. He listens, spends time, orders the necessary tests, discusses the situation with you, and fully explains the possible treatment options available as well as their potential long term effects. He is amazing and everything a physician should be. You could not find a better doctor…..

Dr. Drzala has been a top doctor for many years. I have full confidence in his abilities as he has operated on me 4 times each with great results. Most of the operations give me instant relief from unbelievable pain that was off the charts and I could drive home that same day. He and his staff are top notch. He has been thoroughly researched as one of the very best in his field. He is also a very compassionate doctor and understands the patient's needs.

Dr. Drzala is one of the finest Doctors I have had the good fortune to meet. In addition to being an expert spine specialist he has answered my endless questions with the honesty, patience and understanding of a true healer. I would highly recommend his practice.

I went to Dr. Drzala to address my neck and back pain. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, and he took the time to show me my MRI films and explain what was happening to cause my pain. He is a compassionate doctor who took the time to explain all of my treatment options to me and I never felt rushed through my appointments. He is a straightforward and honest and I never felt "pushed" into surgery. I would highly recommend him to friends and family!

I have severe osteoarthritis in my neck. Dr Drazla took a great deal of time going through the process before he did a cervical fusion and revision of a non-union from anther doctor. The office staff are professional and always pleasant. I have recommended him without hesitation to friends and family. I see him at his Bloomfield (Mountainside Hospital) office and it very convenient X-ray and MRI right downstairs parking is free too.

Dr Drzala has extensive experience in the most current spinal procedures. He worked with me to provide all possible options so I was able to make an extremely informed decision as to the course of my treatment. I am now 1 year post surgery and I can do things I have not been able to do in many years. Dr Drzala and his team performed complex surgery and implanted a bio-mechanical device called a Coflex. The surgery and device implantation have given me back “quality of life. He and his staff have been accessible for any concern I may have had through recovery. His professional excellence is only eclipsed by his genuine concern for his patients. This excellence, care and concern is evident in his entire team.

After 18 years and 3 different spinal issues, Dr. Drzala and his team listened to my challenges, and then responded with multiple options and gave me the time and detailed explanation of each to make my own informed decision. Having been to over 6 spine doctors before finally finding Dr Drzala, I could not imagine going anywhere else, and I travel over and hour to get to him. I had the pleasure to have Dr. Mark Drzala performing 2-level-cervical disc replacement surgery on my spine. I can’t find the words to express my gratitude.
