The dr was nice when we met him and then everything after that was terrible.. His staff who was supposed to schedule a very important and serious heart test will not return my calls. He ordered the test weeks ago and they aren’t scheduling it and worse won’t return my calls when I ask for an update. I have called every day. Meanwhile my wife suffers in pain with no help or diagnosis.

Have been a patient for 10 years. Dr. Krell is always on time, keeps very close to his time schedule and always stays on top of any diagnosis. Excellent demeanor.

Every doctor should have the professional approach as Dr Krell.... caring, listening, explaining procedures, and making an anxious visit very tolerable... this also goes for his complete staff.. nurses, office and technicians... complete trust in Dr Krell....

I had a heart attack in October. Between Dr. Mark Krell and Overlook personnel I had the best care and doctors. These people care not just a routine and rushed matter to my health.
