very opinionated doctor, decent medical skills, basically one of the only games in area.....we are trying to look elsewhere for a new family doctor. a doctor that takes his oath a bit more seriously..

Dr Lotkowski is a doctor that's very concerned about his patients and very cordial when you can get in to see him. I've had mixed feelings about the front office staff and timeliness on appointments. I know 2020 was an atypical year for health care and everyone as a whole, howeverit didn't take a pandemic for me to have trouble getting in to see Dr Lotkowski. In the past I've had issues scheduling appointments within a reasonable amount of time and this past December my wife and I had our annual checkups scheduled in December. My wife was greeted with a call one day after I had rescheduled my work for that day where the doctor's office scheduled our annual checkups for March, 3.5 months from then. I'm sure every family practitioner in this area is finding that they're being overbooked but how does that help somebody if they really need to get in to see the doctor for a referral to a specialist? In my whole life I've never had any situations like this in dealing with my primary care. My incident today was a virtual appointment in which I hadn't heard or had a text message from the doctor 15 to 20 minutes after my appointment started. I had my day set up with appointments based on my doctor's appointment this morning to where I had to cancel my appointment with Dr Lotkowski. Now I'm not even sure if I will be able to go in to see him for a month or two.

I have had issues with staff in the past, but Dr. Lotkowski has always been wonderful. He takes the time to make you feel comfortable, addresses any concerns or questions that you may have. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Dr. Lotkowski is a very knowledgeable physician. Best of all he seems concerned and he listens. His staff members and nurses are very friendly and knowledgeable also.

Dr Lotkowski is great... front desk is so rude, and the other doc and nurse practitioner are both arrogant. Liked it better when Lotkowski was on his own. Wish there were better healthcare providers in the area

When i moved here someone i knew referred me here. My first visit was routine and no problems there. I wanted to get a physical for my own sense so i made the apt. I was taken back to my room pretty quick. After 20 minutes of sitting in there i hear the nurses outside talking about the doctor figuring she would be in At any moment. Another ten minutes went by and nothing so i peeked my head out of the door and here she comes walking in with her purse. She just got there and no one had the audacity to even ask if i wanted to reschedule since she was running late. She comes right into my room (probably because the look of anger on my face) and then asks me numerous times why I was getting a physical like it was a Nuisance that i wanted one. I couldn’t run out of there fast enough. Never got a call or anything. Well i decided to try again just a week ago. I called and i asked to see a different doctor. Well they had appts for me but now that i was a “new patient” to this other doctor in the SAME practice it would be another 15 minutes added on so they had no time to see me. She then said she would talk with a nurse and call me back. It’s been two weeks and no call back.***** updateI have them 1 more change and IM SO GLAD I DID!!! I saw dr Lotkowski and he was a breath of fresh air! He was absolutely amazing and i switched my 1 star to 5 just because of him. It may take a while to get in with him but i can’t say enough great things!

Jason is a good doctor but his office staff hurt him. 8 out of 10 times they mess things up and most of the time are rude when its pointed out. A patient should not have a 10 am apt, get there at 9:45, be put in a patient room at 10:30, only to wait another 30-45 min. All with no explanation, apology for wasted time, nothing. It is a recurring patter and is unacceptable.
