I have a few different complaints about my experience but I really don't need to go beyond the billing games they play. I had called ahead of time about a biopsy and explained I was uninsured. I was told that it's a flat $200 for the visit regardless of the services given. When I was there, I was never told about additional charges or was asked to pay beyond the $200. Two weeks later I get a bill for $400 in addition to what I had paid, bringing my total bill to $600. I called their billing service and got through after 30 minutes. I explained to them that as an uninsured patient I must be given a "good faith" estimate on costs before those services are administered. I also told them that I had directly asked what the costs would be and was assured of the flat $200. I also asked why I wasn't asked to pay that very day while I was in the office. The lady at customer service wrote up a ticket on my account. She searched and found a seperate billing account in my name that hadn't output a bill yet. It was for $120 (if I recall correctly). She also put a ticket on that. So my total bill became $720. From reading BBB reviews, I believe that they would have billed me the $120 if I payed the $400. That was 3 1/2 months ago and I never heard back. They like to play games and call it healthcare. Their tactics fall under harassment and take valuable time out of my day. I wanted to share my experience so other uninsured patients won't get stressed out by this stupidity. You might have a better experience if you're insured but I don't know.

Easy to make appointment on line and got in the next day for routine skin screening. Staff very nice, patient and explained everything in detail. Exam was very thorough and comfortable. A great experience. Scheduled husband for next day.everything well run and organized
