Never had a such a horrible experience in my life going to see a doctor for my first time. The staff are extremely nasty and rude both of them miserable. I could not even see the doctor they were so nasty. I couldn’t believe it. I’ll make sure I’ll tell everyone I know about this horrible experience so they don’t go this place. 🤬

Dr. Andrew Brown was the best Doctor I ever went to in my life !!!

Hello, my name is Barbara Foley. On April 4th 2022, I had an eye chalazion removed from inside my lower eyelid. Dr. Andrew Brown, performed this surgical procedure in his office. I never in all my life experienced a Doctor, who was so skilled, extremely patient, kind, and so confident in his work, as Dr Brown. He took the time to explain all the details, and the process of the procedure to me, and he listened to all of my concerns about the chalazion inside of my eye. A chalazion is like a sty, only it was down underneath inside my lower eyelid. I was so petrified to have it removed but, I knew it had to be done. Dr Brown was so assuring and understanding. If I knew he was going to be such a great, Doctor I would of never stressed myself out the way I did. God bless you Dr Brown. I'm so grateful to God, you were my Doctor. If you ever need a skilled, talented ophthalmologist, Dr Andrew Brown, is the Doctor for you.

Love my experience with Dr. Brown. The office staff on the other hand is horrible. (Rude and obnoxious) The wait time is the longest of any HCP that I see..usually aabout 90+ minutes.

If I could give them absolutely no stars then I would. The front desk if extremely Kurt rude and extremely unpleasant to patients. The office manager is fitting for that office considering she has the same terrible attitude. All of them have poor attitudes and seem to lack common manners and courtesy. Not even a goodbye or a have a nice day. I would NEVER recommend this practice to anybody. If you don’t like people. If you lack compassion. If you are unable to relate and or be, at minimal, kind to patients, then maybe you should consider a different career. Terrible how miserable people want others to be miserable as well. I hope that by leaving this review, I’ll be able to warn others about how horrible this staff is. Take your concerns elsewhere. Where people actually care and are attentive and helpful. Please do not waste your money or time.

I had an Excellent Experience with Dr. Andrew Brown! He did my 2 Cataract Surgeries in my eyes, back in January 2016, and no problems! 20/20 no glasses, and see Wonderful! Every time I called with different problems he called back! Also Staff helped me with reducing my Medication cost with getting my Med Tier lowered with Part D Medicare, otherwise my Medication would cost me over $676.00 for 3 Bottles! I found the Office Staff very Helpful!

Liz the office manager is the nastiest, vulgar, uneducated disgraceful thing you can find. She shout over the phone instead of explaining my bill, did not allow me to talk staying, "I don't have time to listen". Wrong poor choice of profession. I still don't understand how this thing of repugnant manager still works at this office. Mine is not the first negative review , I am sure they hare loosing patients to the vulgarity of this manager, and now I understand the poor personal retention at the front desk, a new face every time. I guess she treats everyone the same. After many years I will not come back to Dr. Brown's office.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Andrew Brown and his staff. Dr. Brown and his staff are extremely professional, Knowledgeable, personable and really care about my eye health and happiness. Working with Dr. Brown and his staff is always a pleasant experience. Dr. Brown was extremely attentive to my needs and followed up with sincerity and thoughtfulness after my procedures. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Andrew Brown regarding your ocular health.
