I went in for my appointment and was called in by one of the nurses who ends up pulling another patient’s chart . I had to point out that the wrong chart was pulled up . Then the doctor came in and spent about 5 minutes with me just to send me off and say that we will call you to schedule further tests. Brought my medical records with me and he didn’t even look over it . The visit felt rushed . On my way out I was told someone will call me to schedule tested - no one did it’s been over a week . Then as I’m walking out of the door the secretary stops me to say that she wrote down all the pricing for my procedure . I was so confused . Once again , I was confused with the wrong patient and assumed to be another patient she was looking for . Never got a call to schedule anything . I felt like it was a waste of my time . Drove an hour to see this doctor . Staff needs to be on point more . Wont be coming back here . Almost EVERY appointment I have ever scheduled has been canceled to be rescheduled by this office. I have lost pay each time due to rescheduling and NO LATE HOURS and for this reason I will not be going back to this office. I liked Dr.Adibi but can't take all the rescheduling and losing time from work. I have to second guess how much he cares for his patients with all the cancellations. I tried to get an Emergency app.I was told I had to wait 2 weeks, I was admitted to the hospital the next day.
