I have been a patient of Dr. Mansouri for about 4 years due to internal hemorrhoids which he has treated with rubber band ligation which is fairly painless and quick. He is the first rectal specialist who DID NOT suggest hemorrhoidectomy and I am so grateful. He is very, very gentle and is constantly assessing during the procedure my level of discomfort. e takes the time to answer all questions and concerns. Really don't bother seeing anyone else...he's the best and again incredibly gentle.

I regular gastroenterologist office recommended 3 different surgeons and I picked Dr Mansouri, I pick the right person. I had dealt with diverticulitis for eleven years and finally made the decision to have surgery, he explained everything well, true I was scared but I went for it, best decision ever he and Brianna are great the office staff is great also. I recommend him to everyone who needs surgery.

Dr. Mansouri is the best. He is kind and soft spoken and puts you at ease during what is ultimately a very difficult medical issue you are dealing with. He took the time to talk with me after the exam concluded for a good 45 mins to explain things more thoroughly and answer the questions I brought with me. I didn’t feel he was rushing to the next appointment. He is too compassionate a person to be that way. Can’t recommend him any higher. His office staff is fantastic as well. I saw him in his Oakland office.

I have had several types of surgeries in the past for one reason or another. I have never felt more comfortable and at ease with anyone like I was with Dr. Mansouri and his team. I went to Pascack Valley ER on Monday, May 16th with severe abdominal pain. I was in so much pain that day that I even walked out of another emergency room earlier because the wait as I was told was over 3 hours. I guess it was meant to be, because I ended up with Dr. Mansouri. I must say, for someone I had never met I felt comfortable with him and that is something we all need when we are about to be opened up! He took his time talking and explaining to both my family and I before and after the surgery. He never rushes you and makes you constantly feel comfortable. The most unfortunate thing for me is he does not take my insurance, which really bites for me! I lucked out getting him this time around because he was the surgeon on call for the emergency room. I would highly recommend him and his team to everyone!! He is the greatest!! So if you need a great surgeon, consider this great guy!! You wont be sorry.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mansouri for over two years and can highly recommend him to treat your colorectal issues. He is very gentle and caring in his examinations of this rather sensitive area area of the body. I previously been to other specialists in this field who recommended I get immediate surgery for my rectal issues and Dr. Mansouri was the first person to advise that my rectal issues did not need this painful surgery and that there were other less invasive options. He is a wonderful doctor and again very gentle and caring.

Dr. Mansouri and his staff are caring and compassionate. He listens and offers a choice of treatments. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Mansouri performed an emergency surgery. He stayed with me during test (cat scan)even etting me to head of line. He was kind and explained throughly- His P.A. Sydney was great too!
