MIchael Novogroder's Online Review Report Card

Dr Novogroder treated my daughter for a rare form of diabetes (insipidus) until she aged out. No other endocrinologist has handled her as well. He still will answer my calls, years later, and has consulted with other doctors on her behalf. He has saved my daughter’s life numerous time. And he is a kind and gentle man. He is the very best in all aspects.

Dr Novogrider was my children’s pediatrician from their birth until they graduated college. He diagnosed my son’s endocrine problem (this was in the early 80’s.) His routine use of a growth chart and them a diagnostic bone age x-ray was not the standard practice back then. Thanks to Dr Novogroder’s training and insight my son has been able to become a healthy adult with two children of his own. Dr Novigroder’s kindness, compassion, and skill are extraordinary.

I was one of his first patients many years ago. I always knew in my heart I’d never meet such a great Doctor. Compassionate, intelligent, and surely a great human being... I’m sorry I never had the chance to thank you . Thank you for saving my life .. you are a wonderful wonderful , wonderful doctor. They don’t come any better. I am very grateful for all you have done. Never been there but I'm sure he's a wonderful doctor. However, their billing/collections department needs an upgrade. They have mistakenly connected my cell phone # with a patient who has an outstanding bill and they call me constantly.. After many attempts to correct the issue and remove my number but to no avail. I am hoping a staff member will see this and change the number for a guy named Gus R. and call a # with the last four of 8842. Harrasement charges can be filled at $1,000 per call if I choose to do so. So far you would owe me about $35,000. Thank you

Dr Novogroder is revered for his accuracy in both diagnosing and treating. He has been our child's Specialist for 13 years. Initially we waited 6 mos until he had an opening for a new patient. He has subsequently made an additional diagnosis that the pediatrician did not. He is warm and caring. Appointments are made 3 mos in advance.

My wife and I are both physicians. and have had the pleasure of having Dr. Novagroder care for two of our children. This man is one of the best physicians we've ever met. He is professional, caring, knowledgable, and patient. He does what he says he's going to do, which means that the right tests get ordered, and we get a phone call when the results come in. It's a shame that so many others have lost (or never had) this sort of commitment to excellence. Before seeing Dr. Novagroder, one of our sons saw another well-known pediatric endocrinologist in the area, who was arrogant, opinionated, dismissive, and made the WRONG diagnosis. Fortunately, we persisted and Dr. Novagroder made the right diagnosis and was skillful enough to make up for the time we had lost seeing the other doctor.

My son has been using Dr. Novogroder for about 5 years. I live on Long Island but it is worth the trip to New Jersey twice a year because he is an excellent doctor and a warm and wonderful person. It is very clear that he truly cares about his patients. He returns my phone calls in minutes. He is extremely knowledgeable about other areas outside of pediatric endocrinology as well. I wish they were all like Dr. Novogroder.

Dr. Novogroder is an excellent doctor and he is a warm and caring person as well. I live on Long Island but it is worth the trip because I know my son is being treated by the best. I needed to speak with him once, and he was overseas. His office contacted him and I received a call back in about 10 minutes. I wait hours, sometimes days for other doctors to call me back and they're right in their offices. Dr. Novogroder is outstanding.

Dr Novogroder is an amazing physician, who is as caring and compassionate as he is professional. Previous endocrinologist misdiagnosed the cause. I waited nearly 2 yrs for my son to become his pt. He is so well reputed, that there is a long wait when making an appt. Once you are his pt, follow-up appt. no issue. He returns calls very promptly. Staff is professional.
