1. They really are overbooked. 2. It least an hour wait-time. 3. They collected a co-pay, and I should not pay it according to my insurance plan. 4. I have been trying to get a refund for 4 visits, and they don't want to give anything.

I come weekly for ultrasound only, no doctor and I've never waited less than 1 hour in the waiting room. They completely overbook here, go somewhere else if you can. People are nice enough but at 39 weeks you don't want to sit here for 2hrs waiting to be seen for 10min just to check amniotic fluid levels. Appointments mean nothing here.

I wish I would have avoided this place. They do not own their equipment!! My appointment went well and I was well taken care of. However, NJPA along with the Holy Name billed my insurance almost $5,000 for our first trimester ultrasound. Yes, $5,000 for a general first trimester ultrasound (normal pregnancy). NJ Perinatal DOES NOT OWN THE EQUIPMENT they use for the ultrasound at Teaneck Hospital so you will get billed separately by both NJPA and Holy Name Hospital for the same ultrasound. NJPA will bill you for the personnel and Holy Name will bill you for the "equipment rental."

I just wanted to take a minute to tell you about my experience at the Teaneck facility. My appointment was on 01/21/2022. I was treated so well and the experience there was amazing I have a very high risk pregnancy, and you can imagine the kind of stress that I am under. For some reason, I had a predisposition to think my experiences was going to be stressful. Right from the beginning Marilyn at the front desk was very attentive ,and so helpful. Susan (RN) was so sweet to me , talking to her helped me relaxed. She was very informative, and answered all my questions without any hesitation. Andrea (she performed my ultrasound) was so awesome and understanding given the amount of stress I was in. Last but not least Dr. Tania Kasdaglis , Dr. Kasdaglis thank you for being so dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate. I cannot compliment them enough on the level of care they gave me .It truly was a great experience and I wanted to make sure I was able to tell you how wonderful they truly were with me. They were helpful, and eager to ensure I was comfortable at all times. Thank you.
