Dr. Shah is okay, she's always late though, and the staff at 9000 Weston Road are abysmal. Truly awful argumentative people who are prone to mistakes. Dr. Shah spends her time with patients chatting about personal endeavors, weekend plans, university careers, television shows etc. It's no wonder she's always late.

Dr. Shah is an excellent doctor and surgeon. She performs non invasive and robotic surgery for a quicker recovery and more precise approach. Dr. Shah has excellent bedside manners and I feel confident being treated by her. I'm truly grateful for Dr. Shah and her staff.

Dr. Payal Shah is a very good doctor caring and so knowledgable but unfortunately the office staff is really bad. They mix up appointments and at the last minute an office appointment was changed to a phone appointment I waited all day at home for the doctor to call only to discover they didn't let the Doctor know to call me or they gave the wrong number. I waited 2 weeks for that appointment . I needed prescriptions and I needed to know the results of my tests. When I called the office at 3:00 pm ( office suppose to still be open) to find out what was going on nobody answered everyone was gone. Its scary to think that a medical office could be so badly run especially when it is dealing peoples health issues.

After 25 years with the same doctor, the transition was real. So happy to find a new doctor that actually spends time with you regarding your health, instead of rushing you out so they can take the next patient. Quality over Quantity - Anytime!

Dr. Shah was incredibly kind and understanding! I have been to several other doctors who have brushed off how I’ve been feeling, but she took the time to truly listen, and assured me that we will figure out what’s wrong. She is very warm and easy to talk to. I finally feel like I’ll get to the bottom of what’s been going on with me!
