I haven't been to a GYN in 21 years I can tell you she is a wonderful and understanding Doctor . Takes her time has empathy and kindness. Makes you feel very relaxed which to me is very important will keep her as my Doctor for GYN for sure.

was a patient many years ago. i left due to feeling judged and no connection. she is cold and has a distanced manner. her staff also were talking about patients outside the door.

Strongly believe this is the best gyn around under Hackensack Medical Center ,great staff and cleanliness.

Dr. Sandra is excellent, she knows what she is doing, she's kind and very good professional.

The staff is HORRIBLE and RUDE. I called about an issue I was having and Monica was not helpful and extremely rude. Then I called to speak with the office manager and never received a call back. They are very unprofessional and there is a huge language barrier issue. I have been in the medical field for 15 yrs and I would’ve been fired a long time ago if I treated a patient the way Monica did. HUGE disappointment because I like Dr. Giron.

I called to schedule an appointment with her office in Clifton, first time visit. The person was on the phone was not professional at all. First , she couldn't find me in the system which I've never been visited there. when I mentioned it to her, instead to admit that was a fault to her part, she lied and said that I told her that I've been there before. Then, she asked me about my insurance, I told her what it was and she said no appt for the Clifton office but has opening for Hackensack. I told no, Hackensack is out my way, she hung up on me while I was still talking. I would not want to go to a doctor where the staff being rude and unprofessional.

Zero communication, even when asked a direct question staff avoids answering. Waited over an hour with no apologies, not even a hello for a brand new patient. If the office is too busy on a daily basis, stop accepting new patients or at least schedule fewer appointments each day so that each patient can have a chance to have their questions and concerns answered.

This woman is disgusting. My mom had an appointment at 11:00 this morning. We waited from 11-11:52 and were never called. We just went ahead and left. Who makes someone wait for almost an hour and they don't say anything? Patients don't matter to this woman. Why is she even doing this?

Dr. Giron is a good and smart doctor but her staff is rude like they can't be bothered both on the phone and in person. She needs to hire a professional and competent staff that are supportive and compassionate.

I never felt so mistreated in my life! The staff is rude and the doctor is short, cold and rushes you out. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!
