The office put me on a waiting list and called me to come in very soon thereafter. There was no wait and the doctor came in shortly. He listened and gave me options. He was very patient, did not rush me at all.

I want to thank Dr, Thomas Kreibich for the good great care that was given to me during my time in the Hospital On November 10th through November 12 As a patient with MS with multiple symptoms mainly depression and Anxiety that takes over when I encounter aggression or being avoided.Dr Thomas made me feel like I mattered. Their were no tears coming from me which is my usual way of dealing with confusion and being avoided and that in turn causes my family great distress because they know that will and enlightened my chronic pain. A great thanks to you Dr. Thomas. from me and my family

Very thorough with excellent bedside manner.

My husband had a pretty severe stroke in 2017 and has been under the care of Dr. Marissa Oller-Cramsie since then. He has also had subsequent seizures. Dr. Oller has adjusted meds several times and takes her time to explain everything to us. We would not trust his care to anyone other than Dr. Oller. The office staff is very efficient and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend the neurology team at Holy Name.

Two months waiting for this appointment and they can't find it. The manager couldn't fix it for today, I can't stop working tomorrow too. Making me feel that she is making me a favor?? So disappointed.

Doctor Kreibich is by far an excellent and caring doctor, he takes the time to listen to all my issues and truly shows compassion and understanding of my problems , he was the first doctor that saw me after my stroke two and half years ago . Words cannot describe how much I appreciate his help . Not only a great neurologist but an excellent human being . I give him 10 starts !

I have a somewhat rare disease that causes excruciating pain throughout my entire body. I have spent the past 15 years trying to find a Dr. that could best help manage my pain and ongoing disease progression. Dr. Kreibich has provided more pain relief than any Dr. I have seen, including every specialist in New York City. His compassion & empathy are only outdone by his determination & persistence in finding a path forward that not only reduces my pain but also proactively tries to reduce pain going forward & gives me hope. I can not put into words how much Dr. Kreibich has changed my life for the better, he truly is the best Dr. I have had the pleasure of seeing. Furthermore, the staff at his practice is the best that I have ever encountered out of the dozens of practices I have visited. Michelle & the rest of the staff are the epitome of professionalism, caring, & efficiency while addressing a patients needs. Whether it is in person, or over the phone, Michelle & her staff go far beyond every expectation & make every visit as pleasant, and positive as a Dr. appointment could be. Overall, the Healthcare system as a whole would be in a much better place if we had more physicians like Dr. Kreibich & more medical staff like Michelle & her team. I recommend this practice to anyone & everyone who needs an appointment with a neurologist.

I have been going to Dr Kreibich's for at least 4 years now. I have gone in person and have had telemed appointments, either way he gives you his undivided attention. He is a knowledgeable, caring physician who listens to what you are saying and formulates a treatment plan that helps you deal with your issues. He has a great staff who also treat you with respect. One of the kindest doctors I have ever come across in my life time. So polite and informative. He is very thorough. He did not rush either. It’s hard to come across a doctor who genuinely cares.
