It was my first time going there for a routine eye exam. I was told that I had a thinning retina, that I showed signs of glaucoma and that one of my eyes got “drastically” worse. She told me to schedule a “glaucoma monitoring” visit in 3 months. Being that I’m young, I went and got a second opinion and was told that I have none of the above and my eye prescription actually stayed the same. Will never go there again or refer anyone to that office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chung for many years, and I have always found him to be thorough, professional, and considerate. However... This morning I was was still waiting to be called by a technician when I bailed out after 80 minutes of waiting. Is this because of the merger? I think waiting two months for an appointment and then waiting over an hour to be seen is not professional.

I'm writing this sitting in a waiting room of another ophthalmologist. I should've driven two towns over and gone back to Tenefly Eye, but the gas prices are so high that I came to a local place, and I am so sorry. I've been waiting for almost an hour, and recalled my exceptional experience at Tenefly. If I am not seen in another 4 minutes, I am walking out of here and calling TEA
