Quest Diagnostics Tampa's Online Review Report Card

My blood test results were sent to Quest Teterboro 2 weeks ago. The process of getting the test results back, which would normally take a couple of days, was held up for 2 weeks by “faulty machinery.” I have still yet to receive these results. I called their customer service line several times, only to be told that “the results would be available within 48 hours.” Every two days, I would call back only to be told the same thing. Faulty machinery may be out of their control, but deceiving patients is unacceptable, especially when these results are so important. You should think twice before getting your lab results done here.

Worse company ever! They treat their employees like slaves and don’t care about their wellbeing!

this lab has tie up with most of the hospital near by communities and have specialty to take a blood from patient and charge lot of money. they never disclose to patient if that particular test is not covered by insurance .bad

I was coming here just for a small delivery but the workers and staff here are all very polite and helpful. I want to give a special shoutout to Seema, she is one of the supervisors and took a few seconds out of her day to make my life and delivery a whole lot easier. A+

Two Techs three sticks left very bruised and hurting I told them I have difficult veins the should have taken more time to find one They went very fast sticking me And the one in top of hand was blowing up like a balloon when the meddle was in the vein

The ladies in the lab are wonderful but dealing with the higher Up's is awful. I had a bill that got turned over to collections while trying to get financial assistance. After creditit collections has zero balance I still can't get test done because there's a hold in the computer and no one I talk to seems to be the one that can take the hold off. I talked to a supervisor 3 days ago it's still not taken care of. $1500.00 for a drug screen is ridiculous.

My family and I have used quest for years and they have made tens of thousands of dollars at least from us. I needed blood drawn and sent to one of the only out of state labs that does a very specific genetic testing. My Dr. sent me the requisition in the mail and told me to take it to my regular lab I use. I went and was flat out refused. I was told they don't do "courtesy draws" so I say ok how much I will pay to have the blood drawn. Nope still refused. I called the out of state lab that will be receiving and testing my blood and they tell me Quest draws and sends them blood all the time but that they don't like to do it. My Dr. office also said Quest would do it and would be the best place to go WRONG they would not help me not even direct me to where I should go or what to do. It wasn't even busy when I was there not one person waiting after me. For now on if I have a choice it will not be quest.
