Kenneth B. Wasser's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr. Wasser for at least 13 years. He is a great doctor and would recommend anyone to him.

I had a 9:15 AM appointment with Dr. Wasser, I showed up at 9:AM. The woman behind the glass door, told me that they canceled my appt the night before, because, they have not received my medical records. My doctor did fax my records, but I have no control over Dr. Wasser’s fax machine, and I would not be surprised if Dr Wasser’s office staff lost it as that office looks very messy and disorganized. Well, I told the woman behind the Glass window that I took off from work, and her response was well we already booked someone for my slot, then the Manager came out storming pointing her finger at my face, telling me that I have to leave. Really, is that how you treat patients? I did see similar comments from other patients, but I thought maybe they were disgruntled patients. Trust me they were RIGHT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!. You will thank me later.

Went to him years ago, never even examined me! First thing was, are you depressed then prescribed Prozac! I got up and left! Horrible horrible doctor!!!!

Dr Wasser is a wonderful doctor who helped me so much with his Intelligence and compassion. His office staff is kind and efficient and will help you in anyway they can. Highly recommend!!

I look forward to my visits with Dr. Wasser. He has been my doctor for many years and he has always done the right thing for me. I would recommend him to you 100%.

My longtime Rheumatologist retired and he recommended Dr. Wasser. I called to make an appointment and encountered my first rude experience. Bit my tongue and waited for the office manager to return my call. A few days later I get a call at work as I am getting called into a meeting. I asked the office manager if I could call her back and she responded "well you need to decide what's more important." It went downhill from there to out right confrontational and the manager hung up on me.

I was called with a reminder for the appointment at 10:00 am. I also turned in all my paperwork personally a couple weeks ago. I arrive and they tell me they expected me at 9:45 and wouldn't see me. Then they tell me to try back in another month. I just waited over a month! I was speechless because I was being spoken to like a naughty child. I couldn't even ask for clarification about what just happened. It felt humiliating, and for what? A misunderstanding at worst? If I was truly 15 minutes late I'd understand rescheduling within a week or two, but I wasn't - and a whole month?!

I can not believe that Dr. Wasser would have anything other than a 5 star review. I have been going to him since 1998 and find him to be quite thorough and realistic about your treatment plan. He has a professional personality and he is personable. The ladies in the office are the same. I have missed an appointment or had to change one in the past and the office was more then understanding. I would recommend Dr. Wasser highly and have many times in the past.
