I have been a patient of his for 40+ years that alone tells the story of the kind of doctor he is. He never makes you feel rushed, he answers all questions and cares about his patients. I wish more doctors were like him. Recently I have had some health issues and sadly none of the specialists were half as good as Dr. Gross, they rush through exams and literally walk out while you are still asking a question (disgraceful).

Love Dr Gross genuinely the nicest doctor truly listens to you without dismissing any of your concerns. Hard to find a doctor like that it's usually they a lot 10 minutes here's your script go. Not him if you need to talk he takes the time. Highly recommend

I have seeing Dr. Gross for 10-15 years now. I have been to several offices with him as the medical field has dictated over the years with the merging and assimilation of companies. Although some offices were better than others, Dr. Gross has always remained a caring doctor who takes the time to talk to his patients. I have never felt like I was being rushed out of the office for the next patient in all of the years I have been seeing him.He has a wonderful bedside manner & genuinely cares about his patients. He is a very down to earth man who will answer any questions you ask, & his demeanor makes one feel very comfortable asking him anything. In fact, when I needed info for a loved one, he did not hesitate to point me in the right direction. What prompted me to FINALLY review him was yesterday, when he returned a call I made to his office on Thursday afternoon. His assistant told me he was busy & would likely not get back to me until Friday. Friday came & went & I did not hear from him. On Sat my phone rang, & it was Dr. Gross. I was shocked. Apparently his work week is not just 9-5, Monday thru Friday. I feel extremely lucky to have found him (at the recommendation many years ago by another one my doctors) and hope to have him for a PCP for a very long time.

Dr. Gross is an outstanding physician who practices with patient care being a top priority. He possesses the unique qualities of being personable, affable, and an exceptional physician that I have recommended to family and friends without reservation.

Horrible and rude staff! Getting an appointment is impossible. Will never go back to this office or deal with these incompetent people again. I will be reporting them!

Never there when I need an appointment . The doctor says it takes walk-ins, but you have to wait more than an hour, receptionist are very short and inattentive .
