I had left Dr. Ongsiako because I had moved a little bit further away and tried a couple other doctors and they did not compared to the quality of Dr. O. I am now back with him as my PCP I couldn’t be happier. He’s carrying professional knowledgeable, and I love him as a doctor.

LOW KEY OFFICE ENVIRONMENT. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT! WOW ??. I'M VERY PLEASED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF ATLANTIC FAMILY MEDICAL. I PREFER AN "OD" VS "MD"OR OTHER CREDENTIALS FOR MY PCP AS I PREFER ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS TO MEDS/SCRIPTS LIKE SUPPLEMENTS, THERAPY, ETC. STAFF IS TOP NOTCH AND VERY HELPFUL, ACCOMMODATING EVERY TIME I HAD A NEED. DR. O IS AVAILABLE BY PHONE AND/OR SKYPE WHEN NEEDED. OVERALL I AM HEALTHY BUT AGE IS BRINGING ON THE USUAL HEALTH ISSUES.

Been a patient of this practice for over 15 years. I can speak first hand ( not as a representative of another ) that this doctor and all members of the staff go above and beyond for patients. They have been achieving higher patient outcomes in the case of myself ( management of my condition) and my family since before it was a thing to do so in health care. If you are seeking a small professional office with a doctor that cares to work with you ; to tailor a life long relationship and solution (with or with out medication) , you have absolutely found it. Regardless of insurance situation I will never degrade my level of care by switching from this office.

This office has been very rude to my grandmother for some time now. She does not feel comfortable being under the care of this practice. She calls to explain to Dr. O that she needs to change medications and instead of consulting her they YELL and ARGUE with her. The secretary was very rude and LOUD with her over the phone. That's no way to treat Anyone. Do not let these people speak to your love ones like that when they ask for help..do NOT go to this practice.

If you’re a hypochondriac, this is the doctor for you. If you love telling people all sorts of things could be wrong with you, again this is the man for you. If you don’t mind spending all kinds of money on unnecessary test, book an appointment right away. But this is not for your benefit it’s for his, the doctor.
