I live in Long Island and have gone to the top dermatology specialists in New York over the course of 8 months. They ran biopsies and allergy tests to try and figure out what the irritation was on my face. I was diagnosed with Contact Dermatitis over and over. After being on steroid creams and antibiotics for months on end with no improvement, I felt like I was at a dead end. A friend of mine recommended I reach out to her dermatologist in.. I contacted Dr Avery Kuflik, sent him pictures of the progression of the irritation and explained what my other doctors have told me. He immediately ruled out Contact Dermatitis as a diagnosis and told me that he’s certain that it’s fungal. He was right!! After 8 months of living with a terrible, painful, itchy rash on my face.. I was finally able to get the proper treatment and now have clear skin!! Thank you Dr Avery!!!

My 5 yr old grandson had to have a growth removed and screamed and cried and we were ready to just leave when Dr. Avery came in the room and captured his fear, spoke with him and convinced him of the importance of what he had to do. What a difference Dr. Avery made. Can't thank him enough. Of course needing a dermatologist this week I CHOSE DR. AVERY and his greatness and kindness showed again. I would highly recommend to all!!!

Absolutely thrilled with Dr Kuflik and his entire staff. I came up from Fl for the summer and had some positive biopsy’s in Fl, but did t have time to address them there. Dr Kuflik’s office got me right in and treated me with excellent care. I can not thank them all enough for there prompt care.

I asked for a consultations with Dr. Avery Kuflik prior to having Mohs surgery. Such an awful experience. He NEVER looked at my face just read off the pathology report. I asked him several questions regarding plastic surgery and his answer was "whether I do it or a plastic surgeon does it you will have a scar". Thanks Doc. Had to wait another 3 weeks to see another Dermatologist that performed the surgery. The kicker, they want to charge me $50 for that so called consultation.

Find another Dermatologist. Dr. Avery Kuflik did not answer any of my questions, never looked at area that needed surgery just read off of pathology report. Waste of time and they are charging me $50 for this poor excuse for a consultation. Had surgery done 3 weeks later from a different Dr. and it was perfect.
