I'm young and inexperienced when it comes to surgery. This was my first one. The team at GSB has be wonderful. They answer my emails and questions, they walk me through every step at the right time. Jessica at the desk is so sweet and helpful. Julie set all my appointments up at the perfect time and kept me on track with what was next. Michael was very informative. Dr. Bilof did a great job. I healed fast and I've already lost lots of weight.

The quality of the care the professionalism and the communication was outstanding especially during this time that we all are going through due to the COVID. I do not like needles but I thank you for Sheila and the assistant for keeping my mind busy while they insert the IV in my hand. Once again an outstanding job thank you.
