I missed one phone call and they immediately discharged me without a second call or even contacting my emergency contact. People with mental health issue typically are struggling with functioning and you're just gonna drop a patient for missing one call. Didn't even bother to tell me I was discharged I had to call to figure out what was going on. I would be very wary if you're thinking about joining the CREST program.
The employees there, from the front desk to the doctors are amazing. They are understanding and caring and get the job done. They quickly got me to where I needed to be and I am very happy with the process. It was a pleasure, dealing with them all. The help was immediate and ongoing. Wonderful program.
Wonderful and crucial resource for the struggling. Kind, caring, and thorough staff helping guide people out of their darkest moments.

My wife went in yesterday - no one in office wearing a mask. For health professionals... pretty unprofessional.
I WENT IN UNDER CRISIS DIVERSION (ALL FREE). I SAW SHRINK, DR TAN. HE WAS USELESS. I WENT FOR HELP WITH PROBLEMS WITH CURRENT SHRINK AND REFERRAL TO ANOTHER WITH CAPABILITIES TO SEND MY SCRIPTS TO THE PHARMACY. NO HELP PROVIDED. SAID I HAVE A COUPLE MORE CRISIS VISITS WITH OTHERS BUT THIS IS SHORT TERM ONLY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. IF YOU HAVE TO PAY IT IS VERY $$$.
I had an awful experience. Not told until the last minute there would be a $140 payment for assessment. they scan my insurance on the walk-in insisting nothing will be charged. Then, the day of the assessment I filled out paperwork with no mention of a cost. Only when I’m in the room it’s the decision: last minute of whether to do assessment and being told billing offices are closed. It is bad business to deceive a customer.I did the assessment but it was 2 hours! For a clinician who won’t see me again, pushing questions about the past and going really in depth and no processing or debriefing afterwards jeopardizes one mental heath....It was the worst experience for me. I replay the whole session over and over again all weekend....I’m very upset and devastated
The people were very caring. They were able to quickly put me with a very good doctor.
No problems so far.. I think they Are thorough and want to help...
