Bright Harbor Healthcare does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
Not a place I would recommend. The people there don't care about the patients (1 did, but she left on maternity leave). They ask you what you think of other team members, as if they're not going to blab it right back to them so you always say they're great. They completely ignore any physical illness you have, even if it's very serious, belittle it, and resent you for it. When you want to finally deal with it and have it treated again they literally tell you to wait a few months! So you make an appointment with the medical professional anyway and they want to know if it means you may be able to also get a doctor who replaces them. You say yes probably and they act like it's a rejection of them or something. It's your health they're completely ignoring and discouraging you from taking care of.
Unfortunately most of their staff is neglecting their patients and their patients needs above all. They pick and choose which clients deserve more care then others. HORRIBLE.
An absolutely disgusting and horrible organization. They never show up when they are supposed to, even when medication is critical for the patient. I truly hope they are shut down for the sake of their patients. It is so sad to see how they are in it for financial gain and nothing more. If you work here, you should be ashamed of yourself and take a long, hard look in the mirror.
If you value your;e life of health, stay away from these poor excuses for human beings. They are dangerous. I saw a Dr. 5 times in 4 years. They almost killed me by calling in refills for meds without seeing a Dr. or Practitioner for over 14 months!!!. They have destroyed my vital organs. Not one blood test in 5 years! Negative 5 stars.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
