List of Carl L. Raso's Reviews
Absolutely beyond unprofessional my 83 yr old mother has been sitting in the hospital for a week to get stone out of bile duct. I was called on Wednesday saying procedure was on Thursday. Thursday no procedure and I was never contacted. It’s now Friday evening still waiting for a call from the doctor after I called 5 times. I was told by nurse dr radio was informed I called many times and he would call and nothing !!!! I bet if it was his family member this would not be happening
He saved my life. Great doctor.
Dr. Raso's Staff are not forthcoming with information and therefore months can go by and results of tests are not even followed up with. As Far as Dr. Raso is concerned, he holds your hand nice and has a good personality but honestly, I would not let him treat my "Barbie Doll".
Just had my first visit with Dr Raso. I was told he is a very nice man and not only is this 100% true, but he's so friendly and funny and made me feel extremely comfortable. He listened to me, explained everything in plain english and didn't rush through the appointment. The office is spic and span clean and the staff is warm and friendly. I highly reccomend him. I would give him 100 stars if it were possible!
Dr. Raso took a good deal of time with me getting full details and during the exam. He was so warm and very kind. He gave me samples and had me contact the office after 10 days to see how it helped. When I ran into a problem getting the prescription from my pharmacy, the office staff was very helpful getting more samples until the problem can be corrected.
Dr.Raso was great my first visit, but later on became more sick!!!! Try getting an appointment forget it !!! I was dying in pain and needed to see Dr Raso!! Those unprofessionals in the office no help, I was told if I’m crying with so much pain go to emergency!!! Really they always say I’ll talk to the doctor and get back with you!! Never happened, How very very sad Dr Raso was a nice guy but not my dr anymore... I truly wonder if he knows how those women in his office are treating his patients... probably not...
Dr. Raso is a good Doctor but some members of staff are rude and confrontational. Definitely doesn't make for a pleasant experience.
Had blood work and ct scans done. Told me what was wrong and never Helped me with my problem. Really scary.
My experience was exceptional, the staff was extremely competent, the office ran like a well oiled machine. I Highly recommend all the docs for your GI issues.
Dr. Raso was amazing at my first consultation appointment. I had hope that he would help solve my issues from surgery that my surgeon just blew off. A few days later I had an endoscopy which everyone was great at the surgicenter. Then I had to constantly call for my biopsy results which took weeks instead of 7 days. Then Dr. Raso never called me for my telehealth appointment. When I finally got thru to the office I was told they'd give home the message. I've called numerous times every week for a month now and still no call from him. I still haven't had him fully go thru my results or formulate a plan of care. So I've now been suffering for another 3 months of no answers.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
