The office staff is very friendly. But Dr. Geneslaw is the most condescending doctor I’ve ever spoken with. My son is 1 and had 104.6 fever at night. Called him two nights in a row and was told it was “inappropriate to be calling him at 2 in the morning” since he had told me that fevers spike at night. In office he only tested him for Covid (which he was negative for), so as a mother I had no clue what else could be wrong with him, which is why I called at night when his fever spiked. He is very pushy with certain things and I always felt like he was talking at me, not to me. Doesn’t even talk to my kids when he’s checking them. Don’t think he’s ever said one word to them. Would never recommend.

Dr Geneslaw is beyond amazing. He has helped me with all three of my kids. He and his staff are more than accommodating and supportive. So many times I have called Dr G with concerns for any of my children and he has went above and beyond. He is a lifesaver and I recommend anyone to him. If I could give him more stars I would. I trust him 100% with each of my kids! Thank you Dr G and staff for all you do for our family!!!

Great to the point doc... talks to the kids too which is great... I’ve been going for a few months and have had nothing but great experiences from him and his wonderful welcoming staff.

He majorly misdiagnosed my son and almost killed him. At 21 months old my son was running a fever getting up to 105 for a week and a half. With FOUR trips to his office in that week and a half, he kept telling me it's just a virus and needs to run it's course, keep his fever down with Tylenol/Motrin. He also diagnosed him with RSV on our first visit but never actually tested for it. I noticed he pushes RSV and then tries to tell parents their kid may end up with asthma when they're older (I overheard the same exact convo he had with me with someone in the room next door). Anyway, my son ended up in the ER with microplasma pneumonia. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "DOCTOR"!!

I can’t say enough about this man and doctor. My daughter was acting very off and had a high fever with a cough. I called the office and they were closed and he re opened the office for us in the matter of15 minutes so that she can get checked and get the care she needed. I could never thank him enough for the personalized care we get from him.

We have been taking my son since he was born 7 years ago and have always had a good experience.Dr Geneslaw is a caring doctor who is direct and to the point. He will make the time for questions or to discuss concerns when asked. He is not quick to prescribe an Rx which I like.His staff are really friendly and helpful. You are always greeted with smiling faces.
