I didn't even get to see this doctor the women who answers the phone are rude and obnoxious i can only imagine the rest of them

Dr. Eisen is the BEST! I've been a patient for as long as she has had her own practice and she has always been there for me through some rough times that I've had and at least two bad bouts of pneumonia. You won't find a nicer, more dedicated and professional pulmonologist, no matter where you look.

After waiting 4 months for an appointment I arrived 10 minutes early to complete paperwork. When I arrived at the office, took the elevator to the 3rd floor I went to open the door to find it locked with a note that said to wait in my car and call.I called and was told to sit in the hall. 15 minutes later a woman appeared with paperwork on a clipboard. 30 minutes past that she came back to the door to allow me to sit in the waiting room and not in a hallway. The office had no TV, no magazines. I sat another 30 minutes. Now an hour past appointment time. When I asked I was told it would be another hour before I got in AND they couldn’t do the test they had planned?!? And i’d be waiting 2 hours. Not once did the staff inform me of the expected wait. This was an 8:30am appt so no reason to be backed up that early. I asked to reschedule as I had to work and was told it would be 3 months. Some advice skip and schedule with a doctor that values your time.

Dr. Eisen was very nice, but speaks a lot of medical terms, bring it down a little for patients to understand what's going on. As far as the office staff goes, I think she needs to look for new ones. Very rude.

Great Dr. but scheduling patients is horrible. first visit took two hours beyond my appointment second appointment 45 minutes past my appointment two patients ahead of me all patients i talked to in the waiting room said that the wait is always long

Dr. Deborah Eisen is thorough and passionate about her patients. My complaint is with scheduling. First visit took better than two hours past my appointment time. was told that's because of the first visit. second appointment for 11:30. 12 noon and still two patients ahead of me. Dr Eisen seems very thorough and spends a good amount of time with you. If I didn’t think she was a good doctor I wouldn’t continue to see her because her nurse leaves much to be desired. The nurse has no empathy for the patient and although seems thorough at her job, she has an attitude and is very cold

I have had nothing but great care from Dr.Eisen. She is by far my favorite Dr, and I have several Dr's I see for various reasons. She takes time and she actually knows me! She recalls my history. Other Dr's I have act like they're seeing me for the first time every time.
