It took me far too long to show my appreciation for Dr. Pappas, and her team. We are lucky to have such a strong group of women caring for our health. Denise at the front desk is a true empath; while also releasing us of the stresses involved in health insurance/care. Chris as the nurse sees to it that your are welcomed with a smile, much appreciated levity in hard times, and relays the most important information needed for the doctor. Dr. Pappas will absolutely spend extra time with you to hear you out, and your health struggles and fears. Yeah, you might have to wait a few extra minutes past your appointment time to be seen. But, that is because good medical offices/doctors are worth the wait. (And it’s honestly not as bad as some others would lead you to believe.) If you have ever been medically gaslighted, this is the office for you. An inspiring team of women who care!

Dr Pappas is AMAZING! Never has a doctor made me feel more seen, heard, and respected. Dr Pappas listens, discusses, and takes an active role in your health. She is a partner and advisor. Her staff has been amazing as well- accommodating and friendly at every turn.

I am a patient since she open the practice, I cannot be more happy with her care and knowledge. The staff cannot be more friendly. Always there for me when I need them. Happy to call her my family doctor.

She is very condescending and shows signs of a narcissist. Not a very caring doctor. Very impatient with her staff and talks down to them.

"Doctor was RUDE and totally unprofessional. I have been to this office sever times and on this occasion I was asked to fill out some additional paper work, witch was fine. I said to the receptionist that I filled out your paper work but I not comfortable with giving you my social security number. That's when the show started, The doctor came to the desk and said this is a private practice and if you refuse to give your social security number then I don't have to see you. Then she started to rant about this is the only way I can go after someone who doesn't pay there bill. Then she started going off about the way I was talking to her staff. All I said to the receptionist I was not comfortable with giving out my Social Security Number because I have been a victim of identity theft. i HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS AT ANY DOCTORS.

Rude staff. Dr that doesn't care. The staff thinks they are the doctor and acting like I was searching for drugs. And saying I was going to need to state what I want from the doctor... ummm, I need her to diagnose me, help me find out what is going on. Isn't this why we go to doctors. Terrible office
