Dr Kong has been my primary doctor for over 4 years. Very professional and takes his time. Pushed me to go to the hospital for a procedure that I needed. Glad he did as I am stubborn. Regina and staff are always willing to help with any concerns as needed. I recommend Dr Kong.

Dr Kong was very professional and wonderful!! I was looking for an M.D. when I first moved to Toms River. I was a craft vendor in the Plaza One Mini Mall, a small mall that has many stores that sell things for targeted to Seniors. Dr Kong has his office in the Mall so I decided to try him! I was very happy!! He has been my doctor for over 5 years now!!

He made me sob in his office. he is incredibly disrespectful and rude. NEVER go here

I do not know Dr.Kong as a doctor nor would I want to after what was witnessed this past week and what my sister experienced made me sick to my stomach. He verbally abused young girls working & doing there job. Cursing multiple times, screaming and causing a big scene in front of other clients! Screaming at my sister & making her cry is disgusting & not what a doctor should be doing. Learn some bedside manner in or out of where you work & Absolutely absurd. Making this very aware! Next time learn how to apologize for your actions Dr. Kong! One thousand percent do not recommend this doctor, if he’s doing this outside of work & in his own town would not want to be in his office. Be aware.

Staff could not be any less professional. You call to ask for help or an idea of how to deal with a seniors ;g&;

I have been a patient of Dr. Henry Kong for a few years now. He has always taken his time explaining all my concerns. Office staff are always accommodating and tries to work with the patient's availability. I remember Regina and Jindy would always go out of their way as well to help me and other patients I know.

Dr. Kong used to be my doctor about 3 years ago for at least 7 years until my family moved to Florida. Now, that we are moving back to NJ, I would love to see Dr. Kong again if he accepts my insurance. He was an exceptional man with so much care to detail- not just about your health, but about your background- a good quality usually found in NPs. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to help even beyond office hours. I had an emergency a few years ago, and when I called the office after hours, I was surprised to have the answering service give me Kongs personal cell #. I love his girls as they are always accommodating, respectful, and efficient. One of the girls, Jindy, was one of the reasons my family and I stayed under Kong's care. She took care of everything (except bookkeeping). Jindy was a wonderful multi-tasker that would get everything done- with a smile, at that. From prescriptions to authorizations to maintaining the office. Even when she is away on vacation, she gets the job done. She may no longer be there as she left to pursue nursing, but the bookkeeper, Regina, is helpful also. She works less hours, but when I needed help with clarifying anything bill related, she will get back to you promptly. If you're looking for anything bad for me to say, I have nothing. Except that he may be 5-10 mins late, never over. At least, with me.

LOVE DR KONG HE IS THE BEST IN MY BOOK.

Very disappointed in him. Every time I go to see him, I seem to be leaving with another script. He doesn't do a through exam. He talks about other patients to me. He reads their exam notes from the computer outloud in front of me. I had a kidney stone years ago. I told him I had passed a small stone. But was advised by the hospital to see a urologist. He told me no need to since I passed it. I went anyway. After through tests and evaluation, I was told I had bladder cancer. Had I listened to Dr Kong it may have been too late to beat the cancer. There are far better Drs in the area. He is not a good choice.
