Very attentive during all exams

Overbooked, and apparently this is a regular occurrence based on how hard it was to schedule. Waiting room does not comply with confidentiality requirements. As you can hear and see everything the patients are saying and doing upon check in. However jay stone is an excellent doctor, best cardiologist around.

Dr.Stone is an amazing cardiologist that saved my mother’s life. I would recommend him to everyone. His office manager Joan is great and always works with me with all our needs.

Called to make an appointment. Was given a far out date. Asked if there was another doctor in the practice with an earlier availability and was told the manager would have to call me back. I never got a call back. I tried then 6 more times over the next 2 days. No one answered and no call backs. After the 7th time I got an answer and was told again the manager would call me. She did. She began asking me medical questions, accessed my hospital records without consent, made medical judgements and refused to schedule an appointment. I have multiple EKGs showing multiple problems and they take my insurance. She is also NOT a doctor. Avoid them if you have a choice because of the manager and staff.

Have been with Dr Stone for about 4 years. I find him an excellent doctor who listens to you and does not try to rush you. He's very pro active in your care. Appointments are seen on time or in a reasonable time.

Called yesterday., for an appointment. Stated they would call me back to schedule. Received a return call 2 hours later and immediately put me on hold for 4 1/2 minutes. Never apologized. Gave me an appointment date without asking if I had a specific date or time requested. When I said the date she gave me was not a good date for me, was told --"well I have to get a ok from my manager for another date...I'll call you tomorrow. " Never called me back today. If this is how the office works., I need to find another cardiologist.
