Kenneth D. Glazier's Online Review Report Card

Dr Glazier has a terrible bed side manner and has to learn how to speak to patients and he has to learn how to be respectful and professional. For this reason he lost my business.

The worst, rudest front desk and intake staff! God forbid; don't arrive any earlier than you're scheduled time! Don't ring the doorbell twice!! There is no where to sit down after you ring the doorbell and wait for someone to acknowledge you. Even though the front desk staff can see you waiting outside the glass door. No day before phone call confirming appointment. The front desk never answers the phone! AND the location of your procedure apparently changes with whatever day of the week it is. Be prepared to walk to the other building since noone tells you this up front . Procedure is now 45 minutes behind schedule!

Intake woman feels it's more important to argue about how many times the doorbell is rung than actually give a patient a thorough intake and address concerns. Dr Glazier is amazing, but needs a much more professional front of house.

Before endoscopy he hadn’t read notes from previous tests and stretched esophagus even tho I reminded him in operating room. Now I have to go to specialist in New York. His nurse Amy at office is so rude and doesn’t care you had to wait 3 weeks for her to make amprocedure appt. Never Returns calls or does what doctor orders it’s all about her time filing her nails.

DR GLAZIER IS ONE OF THE BEST DOCTORS I HAVE EVER HAD HE LISTENS TO WHAT IS WRONG TAKES TIME TO ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS AND IS DEF BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST IF THERE WERE 0 STARS HE WOULD GET THEM.

Dr Glazier got me in right away for EGD after complaints of pills getting stuck, cholking on saliva and gastric pain. He takes the time to listen with empathy while exploring all options and possible causes, not just focusing on one thing, but looking at the person holistically. I highly recommend Dr Glaizer and his support team!

Thank you so much Dr. Glazier. Finally a doctor who actually listens and takes the time for his patient. I am so happy we found Dr. Glazier for our daughter. Highly recommend!!!!!

Having been under the care of Dr. Kenneth Glazier for quite a few years, I can say that he’s helped me tremendously in dealing with three issues that, at times, can be consuming. His kindness, expertise, patience, bedside manner is that of a true ethical doctor; a doctor who cares for his patients & makes one feel confident & comfortable. An excellent diagnostic physician who is always one step ahead. His staff have shown nothing but kindness whether on the phone or at an appointment. Dr. Glazier was very informative and caring about my gastrointestinal concerns during my appointment. No long wait times and staff was kind.

His staff was very accommodating. They assisted me with fast appointment scheduling and helped me get my authorization quickly for the testing I needed. Dr. Glazier was professional and very thorough. I saw Dr. Glazier for a stomach issue that was so severe that I couldn’t eat, sleep, or work. He was the first doctor to identify the cause of the problem and treat it properly. I already feel great and can finally eat and do things I enjoy. I have recommended others to Dr. Glazier and they are very happy as well.
