Dr. Silvers performed surgery, gallbladder removal, on my 18 year old son. Dr. Silvers was very caring about his patient and called us immediately after the surgery was complete to inform us all went well. I recommend Dr. Silvers and his staff to any patient.

This doctor misdiagnosed me while admitted to Community Medical Center. I was 8 months pregnant with a ruptured appendix. After days in the hospital, he insisted “It is not your appendix. And even if it was, I don’t operate on pregnant women.” Thank God an OB GYN from my group got me out of there and sent me immediately to Monmouth Medical, where they began proper immediate treatment for my appendicitis, which lasted over the course of a few weeks. Dr. Silvers then had the nerve to send me a bill! Complete and utter malpractice. DO NOT GO TO THIS SURGEON!!

This office has horrible communication and scheduling is a run around, they keep trying to make you have repeated consultations with the doctor to go over the same issue. The Dr. would look at referral paper and just go over everything that needs to be done and charge a co-pay. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially when I was told I should get vaccinated.

I really like Dr. Silvers. He has taken very good care of my Mom and always takes time to explain things in a way that is very understandable. I really like all of his office staff as well. They have all been kind and helpful.

Dr. Silvers removed a lipoma from my upper back and did a beautiful job; he's very thorough and takes his time explaining the treatment plan. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs general surgery.

my experience with Dr. Silvers was incredibly positive. He listened to me and discovered the misdiagnosis of my supposed illness. He was caring when I needed outpatient surgery making smallest of stitches and making sure I was comfortable and all my questions were answered. So different from the many doctors who just see patients as a treadmill to bill insurance.
