Today was my first visit for therapy for my neck and back. I had spinal fusion last year and went to physical therapy through community hospital out patient previously.. I wasn't impressed. Went for a few months and I was always in more pain afterwards. So I quit going. Therapists there just gave you exercises to do then didn't bother with you.. Jag one was awesome. Very compassionate and thoroughly trained therapists took the time to talk to me and they were hands on with exercises and stretches and massage. I look forward to going back to continue therapy and improve the mobility of my back pain and daily function!. Im 100 % glad I switched physical therapy providers!

My first time going to physical therapy was at this location. Sam, Jordan, & Gabby did an amazing job!! Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and this is a newer office so the space is very nice. There’s no one better when it comes to physical therapy!

I can not say enough about Sam, Gabby and Jordan at the Ja-One East location or THANK them enough for everything! Every aspect of our experience was great and easy going. The office was spotless, equipment brand new and the staff was fantastic. I would HIGHLY recommend this office!
