It's ridiculous and gets worse. there are 3-4 appointments made at the same time for the sane doctor. The. when you go for test you wait & wait. The receptionist is talking to another patient after she scheduled her next test about nothing important. Meanwhile she had us wait 16 minutes and then handed us paper work to fill out for a stress test. We have been patients for years but it is just getting worse and worse. the receptionists are rude and will just leave you standing there at the window get up from their desk and go into the break room and start talking or joking around with the other employees. I think we should start charging the doctors for every minute over our appointment time. Or perhaps get a discount on the bill for each minute over our appointment time. This would stop the waiting and waiting and then you see the doctor for a big 10 minutes snd your out the door.

The office staff was nice and patient. Wait time was 45-60 minutes. Be warned it is a SMALL office with a handful of chairs and they were all full. I had to sit outside in the hallway to be able to fill out new patient forms. Once I was done, there was actually a chair open in the waiting area. A couple of patients waiting decided to reschedule due to the wait time, and they commented that it was their 2nd reschedule. I unfortunately do not have that luxury, so I waited, and because they left, it bumped me up faster 🙃. I was seen by the Dr and whisked out. My wait time was longer than being seen tbh lol🤷🏽‍♀️

AVOID. No temperature checks prior to entry. Small waiting room with no room for spacing out patients. Waiting room was full. I arrived early and waited an hour. After the hour they hadn't even seen the patients whos appointments where before mine. Unprofessional staff who wouldn't allow a reschedule. Walked out. Waste of time when results could of been given over the phone instead of this COVID dangerous situation!

The Doctor Is great. However this office is the most poorly run business I have ever dealt with. If you call the office you can expect to wait on hold for 30 minuets only to be sent to a voicemail and never receive a call back. I was HUNG UP ON COUNTLESS times while trying to obtain very important medical records. The simple process of obtaining these records should have taken 1 day, and it took OVER A MONTH!!!!! I would call every day and ask for an update and each time I was 1) either hung up on 2) told they had no clue what I was talking about 3) left on hold for obscene amounts of time to never end up speaking to anyone or 4) treated extremely poorly and given horrible attitude. So while the Doctor is awesome I would NEVER recommend this place until hire new personal, and adequately train these people how to use a phone and treat people. Everything is so disorganized, and I am beyond confused how they can operate a business, let alone a medical practice like this.
