I had a great experience with Dr. Ortiz. She was thorough and un-rushed, she took time to answer all of my questions. I was seen within a few minutes of my appointment time. Her office was very efficient and she was great. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an infectious disease physician.

Just left an appointment with my Mom whose had high calcium and an elevated parathyroid, and Dr Ortiz was exceptional. He was extremely detailed, made me feel like my Mom was in well trained and knowledgeable hands, and I came in to ask questions in case my Mom forgot and I left with no questions. Really highly recommend Dr. Ortiz.

Wait time is always 45 minutes to over a hour. Staff is rude. Prescription refills are a nightmare try to get them to contact pharmacy. His attitude is just ok. Not enough specialists in the area. So he pretty much the only choice. But he runs his office like circus. Hope he gets it right some time

Was unsuccessful treating my lymes disease. I was taken off antibiotics without having my blood test and later found out I had walking pneumonia, a co-infection of lymes. This is despite me informing the doctor that many of my symptoms worsened...

Dr. Ortiz treated my father while in Community Hospital and she was the most compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable doctor in Community Hospital. Whenever I needed to contact her, she was always available to hear my concerns. I cannot thank her enough for everything that she did for my father in Community Hospital. She truly was an angel of mercy.
