He is horrible. Never looked at an mri. I was literally dying when I went to him. His solution to my problem was maybe i will grow out of it. Since philly was the only one who cared. I had urethral diverticulitis really bad. 2 surgerys later. I can function normally. I actually tried killing myself after paval told me there was no hope maybe I would out grow it. So now. He must have put a ban on me because i am blacklisted from all urologist here in ocean county. Very bad bad dr. Dr arianna smith in philly is so wonderful!!!!! Office staff is nasty!!! Requested to speak to Office Manager. She refused to get on the phone.

Had appointment for 2:30 PM for a cystoscopy was kept waiting for 1.5 hours then called to supply a urine sample & sent back to waiting area . Finally called at 4:00 PM. This was unacceptable poor office management was talking with other patients who were there way before me! & was complaining about the wait time! I never had the procedure done, if this is the way they do things some body has to step up I seen a lot of nurses doing absolutely nothing! & I will contact my insurance company also. It’s POOR Mangement & when asked to speak to office manager .... guess what I heard she is never there! Isn’t that a surprise I was in management my self for 15 years! In the bakery business.

Had my usual 10 minute visit with the doctor. New office renovations are nice except the waiting room tv has a continuous commercial . Annoying, annoying annoying. Not patient friendly

Please Always Seek A Second Opinion. My Experience Was Extremely Poor W/The Doctors And Staff Alike. The Staff Was Unwelcoming, Unprofessional, Unorganized (Loss Of Specimen) And Rude? The Waiting Room Had Extended To The Hallway Outside The Office? They Lack On Returning Calls And Refills On A Timely Manner? Doctors/Staff Lack Empathy & Concern For Patients? They Overbook Because Of Their Concerns Of Maximizing Their Income. They Lack Quality Of Patient Care? I Decided To Seek Another Urologist W/Complete Success. Please Always Seek A Second Opinion ~ It's Worth Your Health! Thank You.

Extremely poor experience

Dr. Rosario did not even step foot into the room when I was having a Cath and my bladder filled 1st time for all of this, The nurse was very gentle, sweet and kind. I left feeling like soooo..ok I've been struggling now for 2years with this affliction and The DOCTOR DOESNT EVEN BOTHER TO speak to me. much less look at the results as they are coming in. I was like WOW! How rude. The 1st time I was there the front desk girls a few of them not All; where so disrespectful to some of the elderly patients in speech and body language it was appalling. Even slamming the door in a young mans face. Idk, I'm keeping my appointment just to get the results and coarse of action. I will not see that Dr. Rosario. It will be a gentleman next time. Unless, my experience with him changes my opinion of that place, which is marginally clean at best. I will NOT go back nor will I refer anyone there. Its quite humorous how they hand you a pamphlet about each of the see Dr's careers in schooling and work, but their actions suggest otherwise. Our healthcare system in.this country is a joke. $$$$$$$ that's ALL they care ABOUT not YOU. Its really quite sad. Darn if you have Medicaid. Oh they just get enough $$$$$ to spend the time with you there should be no bias to someone who haS STATE insurance or BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD. Not everyone is cookie cutter on their needs and if these Dr's don't want to give the SAME LEVEL of care regardless of I insurance; it begs the Question: WHY TAKE MEDICAID TO BEGIN WITH? OK, off my soapbox rant is over. LOL. Good day to ALL. BE AM ADVOCATE FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH IF YOU DO NOT LIKE SOMETHING YOU ARE WELL WITHIN YOUR RIGHT TO SPEAK UP AND/OR WALK OUT. DON'T ever let A Dr. With a glorified ego-trip make you feel insignificant.That's exactly how Dr. Rosario made me feel...insignificant😕 God Bless!
