HAD TO HAVE COLONOSCOPY WAS NICE AND WAITING AT BEDSIDE TO TELL ME RESULTS VERY NICE ,FUNNY AND THOROUGHLY INFORMATIVE

We met with Dr. DeMartino today and he did an excellent job of asking detailed questions about my wife's health and her family's health history. He was very patient in answering our questions and explaining the ins and outs of her condition while showing care and concern. I would highly recommend visiting him for your Gastroenterology needs. We are looking forward to our next visit with him.

He deserves a zero star review! Dr. DeMartino missed my mother's very large pancreatic tumor for over a month. She was an existing patient for years, doing her colonoscopy's as recommended. Never touching her stomach, he automatically jumped to the conclusion from her symptoms that it was diverticulitis. Which was never something she suffered from. After two weeks of suffering my mother went to the ER and the doctor there felt her stomach and told her there was a large mass in her abdomen immediately, just by feeling her abdomen. How can you practice gastroenterology without touching the abdomen??

Very unprofessional, rude, cocky and wouldn’t want my worst enemy to be seen by him.

DeMartino is an absolute jerk. Arrogant, fat pig. He is very overweight, not a good sign for a doctor. His clothing doesn’t fit him, afraid his buttons would pop off and hit me in the eye. Horrible doctor. STAY AWAY!!! He’s so desperate that he left himself a 5 star review. My last appointment was stolen by his friend Dr. Bruce Tenner. Bruce only had to wait 5 minutes, he pretty much stole ...

The receptionist made my appointment for 1:15 then called a hour later to remind me that my appointment was at 1:30 and this wasn't the first time. At my last appointment I was given a bill that I didn't know I had and paid what I could at the time. A few days later I spoke to the woman from billing and I told her I would make another payment when I got paid. When i arrived for my procedure today they brought up the bill again and sent out the woman from billing to talk to me about it in the waiting room. They were trying to force me to make a payment today. The woman said I mentioned a p.o. box on the phone with her yesterday and I didn't because I don't have a p.o. box. The dr confronted me about the conversation as he brought me into the office so no one in the waiting room could see and when I told him of his office staffs mistakes and told him I feel they are incompetent and that I was leaving he said then your out of here and shoved me out the door. I have never been forced out of a door before and was leaving on my own. There was no reason for Dr. Demartino to put his hands on me. As a added bonus he constantly forgot the medication I was even though it was in my chart and multiple times tried to go against my other doctors orders. I'm happy to say I am no longer and never will be a patient of his again. 0 stars

Called ahead of time to ensure they take HMO and was told yes so I made an appt. Got to office and was told they don't take HMO but they do take PPO. Well alrighty then.

When I complained about how his staff didn't return any of my calls to his PA, he called me the next day and berated me to the point where I had to hang up. He then left an abusive phone message calling me a coward for hanging up and being rude to his staff. What kind of doctor does that? I was never rude.

What a jerk. I’d leave no stars if I could. Staff is incompetent. Doc is arrogant, rude, and does not care about his patients. I waited 45 minutes for my appointment, then his friend Bruce showed up. Staff made a big deal when Bruce arrived, lots of whispering and laughing, then after maybe 5 mins, Bruce got called in before me. I left, and later got a call from DeMartino, I did not answer and he left an insane voicemail. Voicemail was full of lies, claiming he gave me special attention one time???, NOT. Saying that when I saw him on September 30th he answered all my concerns??? NOT, I never saw him on Sep 30th. Maybe he had me confused with another patient, or he’s just a jerk. I’m gonna go with he’s just a jerk. On his website, I see he rated himself five stars - again, what a jerk!!!
