I first went to Dr Dhar back years and years ago. I think and know he is one of the best Rheumatologist in South Jersey. I went to him for many years. He will always have my respect. He was my only doctor that listened to me.

He had no time for my husband and I. Our previous dr. no longer took our insurance, so we called Dhar. Even though our insurance covered the injections for pain, he refused to give them. Kept complaining he was employed by Barnabus Heath instead of caring about his new patients. If we could rate a 0 we would.

So incredibly thorough. The first Rheumatologist I've had that's really listened and taken the time to diagnose before even taking out the prescription pad. Super refreshing!

went to this dr. with great hopes of finding the correct medicine because of nerve damage from Shingles, and arthritis. Only option was one I couldn't ever take again because of past side effects. Wound up going out of county for a decent dr. who knows how to be a doctor

I went here after my Rheumatologist had moved. Thinking I would take the opportunity to find a new Dr a little closer to home. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. Office staff was terrible. The manager was screaming on the phone with the VA over a patient and being accused of not submitting paperwork. She then called the patient and left a very detailed and personal voicemail. Then the DR. RAJAT did NOT wait for my bloodwork to come back before prescribing me some very aggressive medications. The office girls were then discussing what my dosage should be because the DR didn’t write it down.... Needless to say I will not be returning, or filling this script. STAY AWAY. Unprofessional, terrible bedside manner. If I could give it a 0 star I would.

Dr R. Dhar (Rheumatology) diagnosed me with Tennis Elbow. After several visits and some injections in both arms with no lasting improved relief. I went to another doctor. Long story short, It wasn't my elbows at all. Severe pain and numbness in both arms was from bad discs in my neck! Needed to get immediate surgery to avoid any further pain and possible permanent nerve damage. Patients Beware...... staff was very friendly, that's why I gave him a star.
