I saw Dr. Suatengcovfor the first time this past Tuesday April 13,2021,new to the area,and had not been feeling well,they got me an appointment next day,he was very good,very impressed,and gave me a diagnosis,and medication,will see him in a few weeks. Staff all very professional,and didn't have to wait.

I was very impressed with Dr. Suatengco. He is a very compassionate and excellent doctor. I had an endoscopy done recently and my husband had a feeding tube inserted into his stomach a few years ago. Both were done smoothly and professionally. I love Dr. S ! I would highly recommend him!

The doctor is 5 but his secretary is a different story. As soon as I walked in I approached her since she is not with a patient. She told me to wait and that she will call me. 20 minutes later I am still waiting and no one else is in the waiting room but me. I approached her to tell her I can fill out forms while waiting since( I am a new patient there are a lot of forms to fill out)She ignored me. I overheard her on the phone and it sounded like a personal call so I went back to my seat. 30 minutes went by. Finally, a nurse asked me if I was being helped and I said I was told by the secretary to wait. I guess the nurse told her to attend to me, that’s the only time that she paid attention and asked for my ID and insurance card. Then she gave me the paperwork. Again, I wanted to give a 5 because of the thorough, attentive, caring and knowledgeable doctor but the overall experience because of his inattentive staff I will give them a 4.

During my colonoscopy I had a mid-sized polyp removed. All was fine, but 11 days later I had a severe reaction because I disturbed the scab by eating kale and taking my fish oils. Dr. Sautengo walked me through that incident, explained why I had the incident and called me personally three times a day for three days!! I was actually fine the morning that I called but he monitored my progress all the way!! I have and will continue to recommend him to others. Excellent care!!!
