The most caring and passionate doctor I have ever met. I already trust him and I'm a new patient, he made me feel as though I was his only patient. I feel lucky and blessed that he is my doctor.

I was Dr. Lazzaro's first surgical patient in NJ, after he left Lenox Hill Hospital. I live in NY but knew I had to seek out his services, even though it meant traveling to see him, and I am so grateful that I did. When they made Dr Lazzaro, they threw away the mold! I had a large mass in my right lung that he successfully removed using video assisted thoracic surgery and my recovery was incredible. He visited me in the hospital every day, sometimes twice a day, and that included Saturday and Sunday! The level of expertise together with his sincerity and kindness is unmatchable, in my opinion. All I can say is that Dr. Lazzaro is the gold standard of thoracic surgeons and he is a remarkable human being as well.

Dr. Lazzaro removed a small tumor on my windpipe robotically in Sept of 2020. Both He and his staff took very good care of me. I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend his surgical expertise to anyone in need of his services.

Dr. Richard Lazzaro is the doctor you want to have. He care about his patients, knows what he is doing. Beautiful personality and he has the heart made of gold. Theirs so much I can say about Dr. Lazzaro I thank God for putting him in my life.

Dr. Lazarro was my surgeon a few years ago. He was the most humble, compassionate, genuine, knowledgeable, professional doctor I've had the pleasure of having. My ROBOTIC surgery was complex but Dr. Lazarro performed it like a Pro- I was up and back to normal a week after this major surgery. Thank you!!

Hi doc, Just hoping you and your team made it through this health crisis safe and healthy. Anyway the hyatial surgery you proformed on me years ago is still physically making me feel great. I'm still breathing wonderful and never had to take another prilosec ever again. I just want you to know I still praise you to others. And yes your a genius, but your also funny as hell. And caring about me enough to call me at home during my recovery. People don't forget doctors like that, exspecially with the drive thru docs that seem to be around nowadays. haha.
