No communication with treatment plan. Basically, kidneys declined with no intervention or advise. Office never calls back. Very disappointed.

Called office three times over six months to get the status of my dads condition, as I live out of state and cannot be with him on his appts. No response from office. He has been a patient there for years with no treatment plan for his kidneys (as far as I know), and he is now in end stage kidney disease and probably beyond being a candidate for dialysis at this point. All I would like is an explanation from the office regarding why he was not treated prior to his condition declining and his prognosis at this point, so that I can come and spend time with him. Very disappointed.

Dr Bruno is one of the most caring and sensitive doctors that I have ever had. He makes you feel comfortable and confident that he will be serious and accurate with his diagnosis and treatment. He made a potentially very serious condition manageable. He diagnosed my condition 100% correct before the testing was completed!
